O.R. Colan Associates

O. R. Colan Associates is pleased to announce that Ron Fannin has joined its subsidiary, ORC Training, LLC.  Ron will provide project management oversight services for the Federal Transit Administration, as well as training services for FTA and NHI.  He served as FTA Real Estate Manager for 4 years and worked with the Federal Highway Administration for 28 years. 

From December 2002 through December of 2004 Ron was the FHWA Team Leader for the Professional Development and Training Team and Lead Agency coordinator for implementing and updating 49 CFR Part 24.  He served as the FHWA liaison to the 30th Anniversary URA Symposium and co-sponsored the FHWA/IRWA Partnering Agreement.  In 2005 Ron orchestrated the FTA/IRWA Partnering Agreement.   In 2007 the IRWA International Relocation Committee presented Ron with the inaugural Ronald Fannin Commitment to Excellence Award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the relocation profession.  He is a graduate of Ohio University with a BA in Political Science
