ORC Training has developed courses in all aspects of the right-of-way acquisition process – appraisal, negotiation, relocation assistance, highway plan reading and project management. In recognition of the firm's comprehensive experience and expertise, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), the National Highway Institute (NHI) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) have selected ORC to develop courses on appraisal procedures, appraisal reviews, title requirements, and residential and business relocations. In addition, the FHWA has contracted with ORC for research studies on right-of-way acquisition and relocation assistance issues and land use management issues.
