Pikeville, KY –  O.R. Colan Associates, LLC (ORC) congratulates Roger Varney, a Project Manager in Pikeville, KY, on passing his Construction Manager-in-Training (CMIT) Exam from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).

The CMIT certifies professionals with CMIT stackable credentials – professional credentials that focus on fundamentals of different construction management practices, while offering construction professionals a developmental pathway toward becoming competent, successful Construction Managers (CM’s).

When in the CMIT program, a professional first is designated a CMIT certification, which demonstrates the professional’s competence in practicing construction management early in his/her career. The program builds on this initial designation, demonstrating the professional’s growing competence in construction management, through designating CMIT Levels 2-4. In achieving each CMIT Level, the professional tangibly proves progression in CM.

“I am glad to be able to use my experience and certification to help ORC’s clients in any capacity. Construction management is a complicated and exciting field,” says Roger Varney.
