About Adam White

Adam White serves as Divisional Director, where he leads the planning and execution of large-scale land initiatives on complex electric transmission projects. In this role, Adam is responsible for directing right-of-way strategies, refining processes, business development, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring successful delivery across geographically diverse utility programs.

Adam focuses on aligning his proven systematic execution plan with overall project objectives, working closely with clients, internal project teams, and essential project personnel to navigate the complexities that are unique with every project. He plays a critical role in driving project timelines forward while maintaining compliance, budget discipline, and high standards of execution throughout the project lifecycle.

With over 15 years of experience in land acquisition and right-of-way services, Adam has successfully led over 2,000 miles of major electric transmission projects that range in size from 345kV to 765kV, overseeing both internal land teams and contracted firms in his career. His expertise includes management, strategic planning, process refinement, easement acquisition, project execution, key-stakeholder negotiations, and client relations.

Known for his visionary leadership and operational discipline, Adam excels at building high-performing teams and fostering strong client relationships. His ability to integrate strategic thinking into broader project decision-making has consistently contributed to successful project outcomes across major utility developments throughout the Country.

About Dawn Porter

Dawn Porter serves as Utilities Director for the Utilities & Infrastructure sector, where she leads strategic growth, client development, and operational execution across key utility markets. She focuses on expanding client relationships, supporting project delivery, and delivering right of way and land services for critical infrastructure projects.

Dawn partners closely with clients and internal teams to support project strategy and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across utility and infrastructure programs. She brings nearly two decades of experience across land management, operations, and infrastructure development.

Her expertise includes right of way acquisition, title research, and stakeholder engagement across electric transmission, pipeline, and infrastructure projects. Dawn is a Registered Landman (RL) and holds a Texas Real Estate Commission Easement or Right-of-Way (ERW) Agent registration. She also holds an MBA.

Dawn is known for her steady leadership style and her ability to build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and teams.
