ORC has partnered with several large metropolitan School Districts to provide land acquisition services and/or relocation assistance that support long-term facilities plans, which typically include the renovation, construction, replacement, or consolidation of schools on a district-wide basis. ORC’s experienced acquisition and relocation specialists are experts in implementing such programs under the provisions of the Uniform Relocation Act as well as state and local policies and procedures.
