ORC’s goal is to prevent all workplace-related accidents and sustain zero job-related injuries. Safety is our priority 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, and 365 days/year. To this end, ORC’s primary safety goal is to prevent all safety-related incidents. To facilitate achieving this paramount objective, ORC employees attend mandatory safety training each quarter.
Safety is built into each of our employee’s daily activities. To drive this effort, all meetings in our offices and at the project sites begin with a Safety Minute. ORC offers a library of safety topics for employees to review and develop safety best practices and lessons learned.
ORC’s Safety Plan includes 24/7 access to safety professionals for reporting incidents and ensuring the continuous maintenance of the safest work environment. The ORC culture embraces the safety and well-being of each employee, family member, client, vendor, and sub-contractor.
