Columbus, OH – O. R. Colan Associates, LLC, (ORC), one of the nation’s premier firms specializing in land acquisition, relocation, and program management for infrastructure projects, is proud to announce the hiring of Kyle Harmicar, PMP®, as the newest Divisional Director.
In this role, Mr. Harmicar will oversee projects and operations throughout the United States. He will manage business development, client retention, and regional growth. He will also supervise, coordinate, and manage team activities and operations for projects sponsored by our clients.
Kyle brings with him eight years of experience in the Right-of-Way industry. He has worked as a Program Manager, Right-of-Way Supervisor, and Senior Right-of-Way Agent, where he oversaw over 210 projects with more than 50 personnel. Mr. Harmicar has recently worked with electric transmission/distribution and telecommunications in multiple states. He successfully created a sustainable and productive culture within his team through consistent and positive development and his commitment to service, performance, and integrity, which fit our values and fundamentals.

Mr. Harmicar graduated from The Ohio State University with a BA in Psychology and has completed his PMP® Certification. He is also a member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).
