St. Charles, MO – ORC Utility and Infrastructure Land Services (ORC U&I) has been awarded the third straight Master Service Agreement (MSA) with Ameren in Missouri and Illinois. The current agreement is a three-year contract that will expire in the summer of 2022.
Since beginning work for Ameren six years ago, ORC has successfully handled more than 40 projects involving such tasks as title research; drafting/mailing landowner notification letters; acquiring right-of-entry consent, easements, material storage leases; access coordination; public liaison; damage settlement; and restoration coordination.
The services provided by ORC to Ameren have been for both the gas and electric divisions in the company with the service area being the southern portion of the state of Illinois and most of the state of Missouri.
