East Kentucky Power Cooperative

In 2018, ORC was awarded a master services contract by EKPC for the provision of right-of-way acquisition services. To date, ORC has completed 4 projects, affecting a total of 315 parcels:

  • Hope to Hillsboro 69KV Rebuild – Owner notifications for 111 Parcels

  • Hope to Hillsboro Phase 3 – Owner notifications and GIS mapping for 110 parcels

  • New Foundland to Leon 69KV Rebuild – Owner notifications and title research for 48 parcels; new easement acquisitions for 13 of the 48 parcels

  • Wayne Co. – Denny Rebuild 69KV – Owner notifications for 46 parcels
