Cincinnati, OH – O.R. Colan Associates, LLC (ORC) has been awarded a Master Service Agreement (MSA) for the On-Call Right-of-Way Acquisition, Relocation and Related Services Contract with the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation. This contract has a term of 5 Years (June 1, 2019 thru May 31, 2024). Work Orders will be issued during the initial two years of the contract, the remaining three years are used to complete all Work Orders assigned.
