Experienced Leaders to Drive Growth in Right of Way Services
O.R. Colan Associates (ORC), a nationwide leader in right of way acquisitions and related services since 1969, is pleased to announce the appointment of Savannah Meeks and Michael Mechler as new Divisional Directors for the company’s Utilities Sector.
Savannah Meeks brings over 14 years of experience in the oil and gas and right of way industry to her new role. She has managed various utility projects across multiple states, including electric transmission lines and fiber telecommunications. Savannah’s expertise in project management, client communication, and process optimization will be invaluable in her new position.
Michael Mechler’s promotion to Divisional Director marks another milestone in his career at ORC. With nearly a decade of experience in the right of way industry, Michael joined the company as an Assistant Project Manager in 2020, quickly advancing to Project Manager before this latest promotion. His extensive background in right of way acquisitions for electric utility transmission line projects and oil and gas pipeline acquisitions has been instrumental in his rapid career progression at ORC.

Both new directors will be based in Texas, further strengthening ORC’s presence in this key region. Savannah will operate from ORC’s office in Humble, TX, while Michael will be based in the company’s new Fort Worth, TX office.
Savannah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Fort Hays State University. Michael brings a strong educational background, including an MBA in Organizational Management from Eastern University and a BS in Business Administration from Mount Saint Joseph University.
