Charlotte, NC – O. R. Colan Associates, LLC, (ORC), one of the nation’s oldest firms specializing in land acquisition, relocation, and program management for infrastructure projects, is pleased to announce that Mr. Jordan Hohn has accepted the newly formed position of Executive Vice-President (EVP) for the Public Sector.
In this role, Mr. Hohn will be responsible for implementing complex strategies and overseeing ORC’s Public Sector Division on a national level, while working closely with Divisional Directors to facilitate market-level operational goals. He will also oversee client relations and conduct business development.
Mr. Hohn has worked in the right-of-way industry for over 11 years, most recently as a Managing Partner at Percheron and was responsible for all public sector operations nationwide. He has demonstrated a history of successfully delivering real estate and land projects in the fast-paced, highly-publicized environments of utilities, oil & gas, renewable energy, and public sector.

In addition to his high level of right-of-way experience, Mr. Hohn is an active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Mr. Hohn is also a graduate of Seton Hill University, with a BS in Business Administration and an MBA in Management.
