Charlotte, NC – O. R. Colan Associates, LLC, (ORC), one of the nation’s oldest firms specializing in land acquisition, relocation, and program management for infrastructure projects, is excited to announce the hiring of Janelle Lemon as the Project Manager in our St. Charles, MO, office. Ms. Lemon will work closely with Michael Jett, Divisional Director, on business development, client retention, and regional growth. Further, Ms. Lemon will supervise, coordinate and manage team activities and operations for projects sponsored by a diversity of Missouri clients.
Janelle Lemon has over 15 years of experience in project management, with nine of those years spent on one of the largest new terrain, contiguous transportation projects in the nation. Ms. Lemon has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead a large, diversified team toward the achievements of project milestones and goals. She has a proven ability to handle change management, multitask, and collaborate with various disciplines.
Prior to joining ORC, Ms. Lemon was a Project Director at Good Samaritan Hospital, providing direct oversight to Project Managers, the Business Development Coordinator, Data Analysts, and a Grant Writer. Janelle also worked with Intren, LLC as an Overhead Transmission Project Manager and the Indiana Department of Transportation in the Innovative Delivery Division as an Executive Project Manager, on the I-69 Evansville to Indianapolis Corridor. She was most notably the lead for Section 4 Mitigation Program and also the Indiana lead for the I-69 Ohio River Crossing (ORX) Environmental Planning.
