OR Colan Associates, LLC (ORC), a leading provider of right of way services, is pleased to announce the appointment of John Mandula as the company’s new Client Development Director. John’s extensive experience in the industry, including his previous role as project manager for ORC, makes him a valuable addition to the ORC team.
As the new Client Development Director, John will be responsible for identifying and qualifying revenue opportunities, generating new business pipelines through strategic research, and forecasting markets for growth. He will build and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients to identify and address their needs in project execution. Additionally, John will represent ORC at industry association meetings and trade shows.

John is a member of several industry associations, including ACEC, IRWA, ASHE, WTS, and M.E.A.N.E.O. He resides in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife, their two children, and their dog. John will report directly to ORC’s executive vice president.
