OR Colan Associates, LLC (ORC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Lenski, JD, to the firm’s newly created position of Director of Contract Administration. Paul will be responsible for ensuring all contract legalities are reviewed and to help negotiate terms and conditions with clients before drawing up or authorizing execution of contracts that outline terms of service and project deliverables.
Paul brings a strong background in the field, having previously served as contract manager for Phillips Infrastructure Holdings, Inc. and holding a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Lincoln Memorial University.
“Paul’s expertise and experience in contract management will be an asset for our company as we continue to grow,” said Steve Toth, President, and Chief Operating Officer. “With Paul leading our contract administration efforts, we’ll be able to continue to mitigate risk and institute better tracking processes to preserve compliance, while maintaining the highest level of service for our clients.”
In his role, Lenski will report directly to the President and Chief Operating Officer.
