ORC, a premier provider of right-of-way services, is delighted to announce AJ Orrick as the company’s new Director of Training. With a wealth of experience in training and development, Orrick’s background positions him as the perfect choice to lead and enhance ORC’s training efforts.
In his new role, Orrick will have responsibilities that include facilitating or developing internal field-related right-of-way (R/W) learning, delivering R/W course trainings to internal staff through virtual or instructor-led sessions, and providing R/W technical skills training. He will also be responsible for implementing R/W role-based training pathways, such as Agent Training and Title Training.
Orrick will manage team “Channels” for training resources and collaborate with key personnel on client RFPs specific to training requests. Furthermore, he will conduct client needs analysis and market assessments to ensure the continuous improvement and relevancy of ORC’s training offerings.
