Fort Wayne, IN – O. R. Colan Associates, LLC (ORC), one of the nation’s premier firms specializing in land acquisition, relocation, and program management for infrastructure projects, is thrilled to announce the promotion of Brent Kurtz as the newest Divisional Director.
In this role, Mr. Kurtz will oversee projects, operations, and clients throughout Indiana and Michigan. He will also manage business development, client retention, and regional growth. Brent will supervise, coordinate, and manage team activities and operations for projects sponsored by our clients.
Brent joined the company in 2018 as a Project Manager overseeing a project portfolio in Indiana and Michigan. “I’ve had the privilege of working alongside the team at ORC for the past three years. I have had the opportunity to learn and grow in my development from the leaders in the organization,” says Brent. “I’m looking forward to partnering with our leaders and team members at ORC to continue investing, growing, and developing our talent in the Indiana and Michigan region. I am excited to strengthen existing relationships while building new relationships and opportunities to grow the region.”
Mr. Kurtz has over 20 years of management experience and worked previously with INDOT for ten years. Brent is a member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Chapter 10 in Indiana. He has completed the Leadership Excellence Course, where he developed his leadership philosophy, which he lives by in his everyday life. With his experience, ORC utilized his expertise and industry knowledge to help support our strategic plan and, more importantly, our clients’ needs. The company has seen continued growth in Indiana and Michigan over the last four years and recognizes the potential for additional growth that Mr. Kurtz will be responsible for leading.
