Chattanooga, TN – O. R. Colan Associates, LLC, (ORC), one of the nation’s premier firms specializing in land acquisition, relocation, and program management for infrastructure projects, is proud to announce Raymond DiPasquale, PE, PP, CME’s promotion to the Divisional Director position for the Southeast region.
Mr. DiPasquale will oversee projects throughout the states of Tennessee, North and South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Arkansas as well as manage business development, client retention, and regional growth. He will also supervise, coordinate, and manage team activities and operations for projects sponsored by a variety of our Southeastern clients.

Mr. DiPasquale started with ORC in 2020 as a Project Manager. With his experience in the private and public sectors, ORC utilized his expertise and industry knowledge to help support our strategic plan and, more importantly, our clients’ needs. Mr. DiPasquale helped expand ORC’s footprint by opening three offices in Tennessee and growing our client list.
As a licensed Professional Engineer, Professional Planner, and Certified Municipal Engineer, Mr. DiPasquale has been a member of numerous regional and national organizations, including the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and International Right of Way Association (IRWA).
