ORC, a national leader in right of way and real estate services, is proud to announce the addition of Trisha Hudkins as Title Manager and Patrick McCurdy as Client Development Director for the Utilities sector. Both Hudkins and McCurdy will report to Executive Vice-President Kale Suedkamp, strengthening ORC’s leadership team as the company expands its title services and utilities sector operations.

Expanding Title Services Expertise

As Title Manager, Trisha Hudkins will oversee the administrative direction, training, and coordination of ORC’s team of more than 40 title agents across the country. With extensive experience in title research, compliance, and legal strategy, Hudkins will ensure ORC continues to meet federal and state regulations while supporting the evolving needs of clients on complex projects. Her role is pivotal in maintaining excellence in public record research and title management as ORC’s title services continue to grow.

Driving Client Development in the Utilities Sector

Patrick McCurdy joins ORC as the second Client Development Director in the Utilities Division. McCurdy’s role will focus on creating and implementing strategic business plans, fostering client relationships, and leading business development initiatives. He will collaborate closely with ORC’s marketing and proposal teams to align strategies with client needs, leveraging his expertise in sustainability, market growth, and relationship building.
