With a distinguished career spanning more than two decades, Brice brings extensive expertise in title operations, strategic project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. About Brice Morris

A third-generation Landman from West Texas, Brice Morris offers more than 22 years of experience in title and project management across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Over the course of his career, he has managed more than 44,000 surface and subsurface title files and led numerous large-scale initiatives supporting energy infrastructure, renewables, and right of way programs.

At ORC, Brice will:

  • Lead major title program initiatives
  • Oversee review procedures and quality assurance processes
  • Collaborate closely with project management teams
  • Advance alignment, efficiency, and consistency across all title operations
