ORC, an industry leader in right of way and land acquisition services, is pleased to announce the expansion of its services into the Pacific Northwest with the addition of two Project Managers, Jessie Medina and David Hansen.
Strategic Growth in the Pacific Northwest
This expansion reflects ORC’s ongoing strategic growth efforts and a deliberate investment in the Pacific Northwest following a thoughtful evaluation of market conditions, long-term opportunities, and client needs. By strengthening its regional presence, ORC continues to position the company for sustainable growth while maintaining its commitment to operational excellence and client service.
Strengthening Regional Leadership
Jessie Medina and David Hansen bring deep regional knowledge, established industry relationships, and extensive experience supporting complex right of way and infrastructure programs throughout Oregon and the broader Northwest. Their backgrounds align well with ORC’s delivery model and growth objectives, and they will play key roles in helping establish and develop ORC’s Northwest presence.
In their roles, Jessie and David will work closely with ORC leadership and project teams to support client delivery, ensure alignment with ORC’s culture and operating standards, and contribute to the continued development of the company’s regional capabilities.
A Thoughtful Approach to Expansion
“This growth is aligned with our long-term strategy and ORC’s commitment to purposeful expansion,” said Richie McNally, COO. “Investing in experienced, regionally based leadership strengthens our client service and supports continued growth in the Pacific Northwest.”
ORC looks forward to the contributions Jessie and David will make as the Northwest practice continues to take shape and the company expands its ability to deliver high-quality, locally informed right of way solutions across the region.
